Unfurnished and Furnished Properties - Long Term Lease
All prospective tenants for long term leases must fill out an Application for Occupancy and
pay $25 per application processed. This application is available on our website under Our
Services.

Please Note:
1.6% monthly rental tax is added to each rental payment for term of the lease.
Furnished Rental Properties - Short Term Lease
| Refundable Security Deposit on Unit with Winter Rate up to $3499 | $1000 |
| Refundable Security Deposit on Unit with Winter Rate above $3499 | $1500 |
| Non Refundable Cleaning Fee on Studio or 1 Bedroom | $70 |
| Non Refundable Cleaning Fee on 2 Bedroom | $90 |
| Non Refundable Cleaning Fee on 2 Bedroom + Den or 3 Bedroom | $110 |
| Non Refundable Cleaning Fee on Single Family Home | $135 - $300 |
| Partially Refundable Pet Deposit per Pet (Carpet Cleaning Mandatory) | $200 |
Please Note:
1.6% monthly rental tax is added to the rent for stays of 30 days or more.
5.6% monthly rental tax is added to the rent for stays of less than 30 days.
