FINANCIAL INFORMATION

• Once a Month we Issue a Financial Statement (Includes invoices for expenses paid)
• Issue 1099´s at Year End

Co-Broker Fee to Participating Realtor	3% of Gross Rents through Initial lease Term
Monthly Management	15% of Gross Rents Collected

Please note - If Owner terminates the Management Agreement prior to expiration of lease, Nabers Property Management & Real Estate shall be entitled to remaining management fees through the term of the lease.
